We will start at 7:30.
I’ll continue with the guided compassion practice since it seems to be meeting the needs of many folks in the community.
We’ll be continuing our exploration of the five Spiritual Faculties/Powers. This will be the third talk in the series and will focus on mindfulness and its power to overcome disconnect. We’ll look at the value of this power in our lives and how we easily overlook it.

Next Thursday is Thanksgiving, and so our sit and Dharma talk is canceled.
Our community will come back to practice together the following week, November 29th.
