IMC’s AudioDharma website is an archive of Dharma talks given by Gil Fronsdal and various guest speakers at the Insight Meditation Center (IMC) in Redwood City, CA, since 2000. Their online library also includes talks presented at the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies, basic meditation instruction in both written and audio form, and a meditation timer with various lengths of silence and a bell at the start and end of each.
Dharma Seed is dedicated to preserving and sharing the spoken teachings of Theravada Buddhism in modern languages. They have collected dharma talks since the early 1980s. New recordings are added continuously from contemporary dharma teachers, both those well-known and those still known only to those who have attended their retreats.
The Dharma Seed website makes the recordings freely available for download or streaming as digital audio files (MP3s). As a small non-profit organization supported through donations, Dharma Seed deeply appreciates your help in making these priceless teachings available to all who need them. You will find opportunities on the website to support the teachers themselves through dana.
You can listen to many of the talks recorded at IMCB since mid-2007 on the Dharma Seed website. On the Home page, click on Retreats and then enter our retreat code: IMCByogis.
