The Hidden Intelligence of Anger
What is your anger trying to tell you?
Anger may look like one thing, but it can arise from very different conditions. Anger rooted in violated boundaries is communicating something different from anger arising from grief, fear, shame, attachment wounds, injustice, or the frustration of not getting what we want. Because the conditions are different, each calls for a different response—and each can open into a different possibility for freedom.
Rather than simply managing anger, expressing it, or trying to let it go, this talk explores what becomes possible when we learn to listen more precisely. What is this anger responding to? What is it protecting? What is it asking us to understand? Through meditation, teaching, and inquiry, we’ll explore anger as a doorway into greater discernment, choice, and freedom.
