Meditation, Talk by Amma Thanasanti, Discussion - Online

Attachment repair for meditators

Basic goodness is what the Buddha described as who we essentially are and our birthright to realize. Yet for many, even after years of meditation, this can be elusive. This talk will look at an overview of how our attachment formation may inhibit our ability to realize our basic goodness and the freedom it brings. This talk will describe attachment wounding, how it happens, the three pillars of protocol designed to repair attachment wounding, and the reasons why attachment repair is particularly important for meditators.
