Having just finished teaching a 6-week Intro to Insight Meditation course, I’ve been moved to offer a 4-week live online course (RECORDINGS AVAILABLE) on the Four Buddhist Heart Practices (Brahma Viharas) – Lovingkindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity. These practices are all about our connection with ourselves, others, and the world around us. They connect the mind and heart so that our meditation practice and everyday mindfulness incorporate both clarity and kindness. The course offers formal meditation instructions and talks on how to apply these heart practices in our lives. They are especially needed in these times of stress and uncertainty and are also good practices to cultivate as we head into the holiday season. I welcome you to join me.
